Hi, I’m Kathinka van Putten, founder of The Chief Well-Being Officer. My mission is simple: helping HR leaders create workplaces where employees feel truly cared for.

With almost a decade of experience in corporate environments such as ManpowerGroup, I specialize in leadership training for diverse teams—from sales and recruitment to HR—working with professionals at every level helping them build resilience and lead with confidence. 

I’ve witnessed firsthand how many colleagues struggle with stress in a world where so much is expected of us—and where we expect so much of ourselves. We often try to juggle everything perfectly, both at work and in our personal lives, which can lead to stress, uncertainty, and fatigue. Seeing these challenges inspired me to take action. Combining my passion for meditation with my expertise in organizational learning, I developed The Well-Being Program—a proven approach to transforming workplace cultures and making well-being an everyday reality.

I’ve dedicated myself for the last 8 years to making a meaningful impact on workplace well-being. As a certified Meditation & Yoga Nidra teacher, Life Coach, Trainer, and Learning & Development Specialist, I empower organizations to prioritize well-being. I believe when people feel balanced, appreciated, and cared for, they don’t just thrive personally—they help their organizations achieve greater success.
