Welcome to The 61 Points Body Scan

This body scan meditation is a simple way to take a mindful pause during your day in only 10 min. You don’t need to achieve or change anything. It may feel relaxing, but that’s not the goal. The purpose is to notice what is happening in your body, just as it is.

Everything is welcome: pleasant sensations, but also tension or restlessness. Instead of pushing anything away, just notice it and allow it to be there.

It’s also normal if your mind wanders, if you get sleepy, or if you don’t feel much at all. The practice is simply to notice that, and then gently bring your attention back to the body part that is being mentioned in the meditation.

Give yourself permission to be fully present, exactly as you are right now.
