Welcome to The Three Phases Meditation
In this meditation, we practice becoming aware of what is happening within us. You can see it as an inner barometer: a way to sense how you are doing in this very moment. We shift our attention from the automatic pilot to consciously being present in the here and now.
This exercise helps you create space for what may be present in this moment, both consciously and perhaps unconsciously. It is a moment of reflection and calm, supporting you in regulating stress, regaining focus, and continuing your work with renewed attention.
The meditation consists of three phases, each lasting about one minute:
First phase: you bring your attention to your present experience, observing your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations.
Second phase: you shift your attention to the natural flow of your breath.
Third phase: you expand your awareness to the whole of your experience in this moment where thoughts, feelings, body, and breath all arise.
There are two separate recordings available: the first recording contains an introduction and the second recording contains the three phases of the meditation. After you have practiced this meditation a few times and feel comfortable with the posture and intention, you can simply skip the introduction and move straight into the three phases..
Warm regards,
